Admission Process

Thank you for your interest in St. Jerome School. If you wish to register for the upcoming or current school year, please contact our school office, at 920-623-5780, to schedule a tour. Below is an outline of our registration process.

1. Tour St. Jerome School

We invite you to take a brief tour of our facility. Tours may be scheduled during the school year, Monday through Friday. Please contact our school office to schedule your tour.

2. Registration Forms

We accept New Family Registration Form at any time during the year and they can be turned in to our school office. A child must be five years old by September 1 to enter Kindergarten. To enter 4K, your child must be four years old by September 1 and your registration form is turned into the office at the Columbus Elementary School.

Other forms to turn in include Immunization Record and Medication Permission Form.

3. Admissions Considerations

As a method of ensuring the best opportunities for spiritual growth and academic achievement, the recommended number of students per classroom at St. Jerome School is 26 in grades 1-8, 22 in Kindergarten, and 16 in 4K. While all students, regardless of race, creed, color or physical disability are welcome at St. Jerome School, we give consideration to:

    1. Families who currently have a child or children enrolled at St. Jerome School
    2. Children of Pastorate employees
    3. Siblings of previous students of St. Jerome School
    4. Children of parents who are St. Jerome School alumni and are registered members of St. Jerome Parish
    5. Children who are members of our Pastorate
    6. Consideration shall be given to all other applicants, space permitting
