Service Ministries

We are called to serve others in our actions. Our parish community is blessed with several service ministries that reach out to our parish and local communities.

Altar Society

The Altar Society is a support group of dedicated Catholic parish women. Our focus is to enhance worship at St. Jerome Church by giving time, talent, and treasure to create an altar and sanctuary that glorify God. In addition, the Altar Society helps promote friendship and fellowship among all women of our parish. Membership includes all women of our parish and all are welcome. To learn more or volunteer, please contact the parish office.

Knights of Columbus

The Knights of Columbus is a Catholic men’s organization dedicated to charity, unity, fraternity, and patriotism through various activities. All men of the parish are welcome to join. To learn more about the Knight of Columbus, please contact Ed Sikorski at 920-623-4081.

Sick & Homebound Outreach

Volunteers of our Sick & Homebound Outreach are trained to provide spiritual and emotional support to the sick and homebound in our community. We invite adult members of our parish to learn more about how you can serve others in this way. Please contact the parish office for more information.

St. Vincent DePaul

St. Vincent DePaul is dedicated to feeding and clothing the poor. They accept food, material, and monetary donations. We assist by helping as volunteers at the center in Columbus. This service ministry is available to all who come help. Please contact St. Vincent DePaul directly at 920-623-2004 or visit them at 110 Meister Dr., Columbus to learn more.

Local Food Pantry

We assist at the local food pantry two times each year by providing on-site help to those in need. We welcome donated food items at any time and they can be dropped off in the large box in the gathering space at church. To learn how you can help at the pantry during our scheduled times, please contact the parish office.                        2023 Food Pantry Rotation
